Rotax 912 / 912ULS Teflon Fuel Hose Kit
Recently while removing an older Rotax 912ULS to install a new one on a clients aircraft, I came across a problem with clearance from the muffler to standard Rotax supplied Teflon lines. Working with Aircraft Specialty of Wisconsin, we have come up with a package to reduce exposure from the heat of the muffler.
This package includes:
- (1) New Fuel Manifold
- (1) Teflon Hose from the Fuel Pump to the Manifold
- (1) Teflon Hose from the Fuel Manifold to the #1/3 Carb
- (1) Teflon Hose from the Fuel Hose to the #2/4 carb
- (1) 10″ Teflon Fuel Return Hose (will need additionally a AN6 Male to 5/16″ barb fitting)
The Fuel Return line has the required orifice installed to maintain the correct fuel flow / pressure within the system. The Teflon hoses from the fuel manifold to the carbs are routed forward and around the carb in a nice radius. See additional pictures. Lead time to mfg once ordered is approximately 1 week subject to current workload.
For the Teflon Hose these are replacing (part Rotax 874-911, price is $1407.28 and Rotax 874-337, price is $563.73) you can sell the Rotax OEM for half price and this is basically free. Rotax part prices are as of 9/10/25.
