Indicator Lamp, 12 volt, Red
These are 12 volt DC lamps, NOT LED. Commonly used for Warnings with Rotax Engines:
- Generator Failure
- Alternator Fail (if an alternator is installed)
- Turbo Warning (Rotax 914UL)
- Chrome Bezel, snap in, 1/2″ panel hole required
With a external alternator, do NOT use a LED lamp! If you use a LED you will encounter the lamp will be partially lit, called ghosting. It has to do with the regulator built into the alternator.
